Within a couple of years, his expertise and leadership qualities led him to become an electrical lead, overseeing intricate electrical systems for our solar projects.
Driven by his ambition to continuously grow and take on new challenges, he was promoted once again, this time to the esteemed position of supervisor. As a supervisor, he was entrusted with the responsibility of managing and coordinating the planning and installation of all commercial solar projects. It was an exhilarating experience to witness firsthand the transformation of businesses into sustainable energy leaders.
Simultaneously, he sought to broaden his skill set and diversify his expertise. Therefore, he also pursued opportunities with a construction company in Ridgecrest, CA. Initially starting with demolition projects for remodels, he soon found himself delving into various aspects of construction, including electrical work, remodels, and concrete projects. The company recognized his capabilities and commitment, appointing him as their solar superintendent. This role allowed him to oversee and manage the successful implementation of solar projects, further solidifying his expertise in the renewable energy sector.
Equipped with a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from these invaluable opportunities, he decided to take the leap and establish his own company. Drawing upon his extensive background in solar installation, electrical work, remodels, and concrete projects, he founded a company dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our valued clients.
